**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution.

3. Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer concerns while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.

4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate cases when necessary.

5. Process refunds in accordance with company policies.

6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

7. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide up-to-date information to customers.

8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

9. Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

10.Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on customer service best practices.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school, Certificate or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a must.

3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.

7. Willingness to work morning & night shift, including weekends and holidays if required.

8. Ability to adapt to changes and learn quickly in a dynamic work environment.

9. Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Work Location: Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil.

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
