_**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**_
- To fully responsible in managing and monitor day-to-day nursery operations with the compliance by regulatory bodies (JKM etc.)
- Ensure good nursery layout, cleanliness, staff schedule, menu and others
- Staff monitoring and personnel development planning (training and other related)
- Implement engagement with parents from time to time
- Obtain parents' feedback and plan actions to improve at an immediate rate
- Establish a systematic work system in the nursery and KAFA

Monitor child development through care and training provided
- Handling alignment meeting with teachers
- Plan and involve in nursery marketing and awareness programs
- Forecast cost effectiveness at GeoKidz - class openings, resources and other related
- **JOB REQUIREMENTS**_
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education and Management or any related
- Obtain Kursus Asuhan Permata (KAP) and willing to register and attend KAP latest by 3 months after report duty date
- Relevant experience in managing a nursery or kindergarten
- Show high responsibility, empathy, teamwork and good leadership
- Based in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
