Working hours: Mon - Fri

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and counsel to C-Suites and Directors of Public Listed Companies on strategies for Corporate Investor Engagement.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of investor and public relations activities for clients to enhance their positive image.
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are managed effectively, adhering to contractual requirements, budgets, and schedules for quality and timely outcomes.
- Clearly communicate project scope, schedules, risks, and solutions to clients and team members.
- Manage client relationships by offering proactive planning, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive project management documentation throughout all project phases.
- Foster relationships with investors, local and international research analysts, and fund managers to establish rapport.
- Drive business development efforts to onboard at least one new client per quarter.
- Develop impactful proposals and conduct research before engaging with prospective clients.
- Provide regular updates to Management on client activities and personal progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations, public relations, investment banking, accounting, or financial industries.
- Ability to conduct basic financial analysis of companies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, coordination, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of multitasking independently.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and projects.

**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
