We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Excellence Lead to enable and govern Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei (MSB) clusters commercial agenda through best-in-class tech enabled processes and data management systems that deliver brilliant planning, monitoring and evaluation of business plans.

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**

**COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT**:

- ** Overall**: Own execution of the commercial calendar (Annual operating plan) for MSB
- ** Commercial Strategy & Execution**: Plan and deploy an end-to-end system that enables set up and tracking of commercial activities and sales KPI’s (E.D.G.E metrics)
- Effective coverage, Total lines sold (TLS), display compliance, share-of-shelf, MSL adherence, Perfect store, Key campaign/NPI performance.
- ** Trade Spends Setup & Governance**: Responsible for managing sales spends and ensuring initiatives are in line with guidelines/guard rails set. (For example
- Trade scheme and promotions, sales returns)
- ** Sales Targets & Incentives**: Anchor management of sales targets, tracking their achievement, and administration of the sales incentive plan (SIP)

**BUSINESS INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS**:
Partner with sales, trade marketing, supply chain & IT to build a tech enabled ecosystem that delivers the following:

- ** Sales Force Effectiveness**: Delivers sharp insights that improve sales teams’ productivity on core KPI’s - Range selling, Effective coverage.
- **Initiative evaluation/ROI**:Data based evaluation of trade initiatives - Promotion effectiveness, campaign performance with a view to distill what works/spends efficiency.

**DATA MANAGEMENT & REPORTING**:

- ** Sales/Sales KPI Reporting**: Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly reporting of sales, ED.G.E metrics
- ** Trade Spends**:Accurate reporting on gross-to-net (G2N) accruals and actual spends, ageing spends.
- ** Distributor Management System (DMS)**:Maintain data accuracy in all commercial data and reporting tools.
- ** Campaign Management**: Tailored reports that help evaluate delivery against key trade initiatives
- ** Contracts/Terms of Trade**: Maintain a repository of all commercial contracts/terms.

**BUSINESS ANALYTICS**:

- Co-chair monthly cross functional business review meetings (BRM) to evaluate performance with data & insights, drive re-calibration of forward plans (forecasting).

**CAPABILITY BUILDING (SHAPING)**:

- Drive the commercial agenda, company processes and policies (SOP’s) through a well-crafted capability building agenda supported by cross-functional partnership.

- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree
- 7-10 years in a sales management position
- Self-starter having strong business acumen.
- Brilliant in data, analytics and systems thinking.
- Adept in financial and business management with relevant experience in FMCG
- Ability to work effectively with and influence multiple functions and all levels.
