Responsible for the safe operation, measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, and other equipment to make baked goods.
- Ensure proper preparation of batter according to formula and scheduled standards
- Responsible on all bakeries preparation & production arrangement
- Compliance Company standard procedure, maintain a clean and hygienic work area in accordance with health and safety regulations and Halal
- Working hours: 6 days/week and required work on Saturday, Sunday and holiday.
