Purchaser 采购员

**Responsibilities**:

- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
- Consolidate product where applicable
- Ensures that all released Purchase Orders are sent to suppliers and are confirmed following the required turn-around time
- To liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Work out the logístical details with a supplier once a purchase has been made.
- To follow up and assist engineers in quotation preparation.
- To follow up and assist the salesperson in document preparation
- Provide in-door sales coordination
- Co-ordinate & provide seamless information feedback to/ from our customer service and operation staff on any special arrangement requested by/ offered to customers
