Telecom Technician

Make sure there are enough items/ devices, materials, tools, including the arrangement of installation visit and reaching out to customers
- Responsible for end to end installation process to ensure a smooth installation experience for customers
- Providing consultation and troubleshooting of Customers Premises Equipment (CPE)
- Perform triple-play services testing which included HIgh-Speed Internet (HIS) speed test via company's speed test webpage, perform test call from VOIP phone (incoming and outgoing calls and takedowns the recordings)
- Promoting customers on current offerings and promotions for upselling and cross-selling products
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customers for long term partnership

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology (IT)/ equivalent field
- Possess experience in installing CCTV/ network
- Have experience in Maxpert before
- Must have own transport vehicle

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
