Digital Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Digital Strategy and Planning**:
- Work with the CBO to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the startup's overall objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives support broader marketing and business goals.
**2. Content Creation and Management**:
- Manage the content calendar and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand message.
**3. Social Media Management**:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, creating content that encourages community engagement and supports marketing initiatives.
- Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of industry conversations.
**4. SEO and Website Optimization**:
- Research and implement SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with web development teams to optimize website content and user experience.
**5. Digital Advertising**:
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
- Analytical skills to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Resilient, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, but proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup or technology-driven environment is preferred.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as Marketing Executive
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application
- One (1) working Saturday per month for compulsory training.
- Available immediately.
