Car Park Assistant Executive

'OVERSEE AND ENSURE THE ENTIRE CAR PARK OPERATIONS AND DAILY WORKS PROCESS RUN SMOOTHLY. REGULAR COACHING TO IMPROVE CAR PARK ATTENDANT JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS.
- Daily operation of the car park and valet service
- Closely monitor car park daily transactions and familiar with the operations of all parking-related equipment in the car park.
- Review actual revenues and expenses of the car park and highlight any abnormalities to General Manager for action.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with parking regulations and policies and conduct car park revenue/account audits.
- Ensure accurate collection and recording of parking fees
- Conduct an incident investigation and check car park reports.
- Check and report on car park facilities faulty and breakdown
- Supervise staff and administrative personnel in the car park.
- Attend to parkers' complaints as and when necessary
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and free from hazards.
- Coordinate with the security team to ensure smooth traffic flow
- Provide techniques to conduct successful training sessions for staff.
- To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month
