Vice Principal

To effective lead, manage and deliver of quality curriculum and supervise the daily operations and management of the preschool.
- To plan, supervise and ensure delivery of the program in accordance with the SOP, policy & procedure, guidelines and framework of the Preschool.
- To handle preschool petty cash, collect payment and issue receipt to the parent.
- To liaise with parent and response to parent enquires.
- To conduct teaching class for student.
- Create benchmarks for students and teachers and track progress towards those goals.
- Guide teacher in the holistic development and care for the children, and build a safe and conducive environment that best meets their needs.
- To attend to management meeting and conduct meeting with teachers every month.
- To complete sales report for submission to management.
- Plan activities and prepare the learning equipment daily according to student’s goal.
- Maintain good relationship with kids / parents / healthcare service provider / public;
- Actively involved in company Projects;
- Be a Joyous ambassador;
- Participate in any company events including seminar, workshop and monthly meeting.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent.
- More than 3 years working experience in a similar capacity role and able to work on own initiative with limited supervision.

Pay: From RM3,300.00 per month
