Haulier Officer

**Requirements**
1. At least an SPM, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, preferable major in Business Administration, Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management.
2. At least 2-3 years (s) of working experience related to the import shipping or logistics industry is required for this position.
3. Must have work experience in a global forwarding/logistics company.
4. Need to be effective in communication skills.
5. Can work under pressure with dateline.
6. Handle job process with low supervision.

**Responsibility**
1. To ensure a smooth haulage operation and movement.
2. To achieve on time pickup/delivery of haulage shipment according to the request order.
3. Communicate with all parties that involve with haulage process (internal/external customer, depot, warehouse, drivers and etc.)
4. Receive order from customers, CS, EMY, OCE, OCI & Roda
- internal
- external.
5. Compile order
- update transport report.
- put in delivery planning schedule.
6. Communicate with vendors.
- haulier booking and availability.
- status update (arrival, pickup and delivery).
- PODs.
7. Communicate with depot for container pickup/laden.
8. Update customers on delivery status
- haulier status (arrival, pickup and delivery).
- any incident/accident.
- other issue related.
8. Communicate with all related parties to double check of shipment cargo.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly operational schedule.
10. Perform other functions and duties as and when assigned by the management.
11. Ensure that warehouse office, tables, chairs, and computers are tidy and always cleaned.
