**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **General Office Support**: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining office equipment.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Accurately input and update data into relevant databases and systems. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist in drafting and formatting documents, presentations, and reports. Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity.
- **Client Support**: Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Administrative Projects**: Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
