We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Handle administrative requests and queries from managers
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, also evaluating new equipment and techniques

Requirements:

- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint a must
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment, office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, New-Grad

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
