**1.** **Safety & Health**

I. To advise the employer or any person responsible for a workplace on the measures to be taken for the safety and health of the people employed at the workplace;
II. To inspect the workplace to determine whether any machinery, plant, equipment, material, utensil or process or any kind of rough work is used in the workplace, which may cause bodily injury to any person who work at work;
III. To investigate any accident, near accident, dangerous incident, occupational poisoning or occupational disease that occurs at the workplace;
IV. To assist the employer or the safety and health committee, if any, pursuant to regulation 11 of the Occupational Safety and Health (Safety and Health Committee) Regulations 1996 [P.U (A) 616/96] in organizing and implementing an occupational safety and health program at work;
V. To be the secretary to the safety and health committee if any, as specified under sub-regulation 6(2) of the Occupational Safety and Health (Safety and Health Committee) Regulations 1996, and to perform all functions of the secretary as specified in the Regulations
- The rules; to assist the safety and health committee in any inspection of a workplace for the purpose of checking the effectiveness of any measures taken to comply with the Act or any regulations made under the Act;
VI. To collect, analyze and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous incident, occupational poisoning or occupational disease that occurs at the workplace;
VII. To assist any officer in carrying out his duties under the Act or any Regulation made under the Act; and

VIII. To carry out any other instructions made by the employer or any person responsible for the workplace on any matter related to the safety and health of the workplace.

**2.** **Security**:
I. Ensure all that all security incident/offence/non-compliance cases are recorded in Security Incident Report and properly file.

II. Maintain comprehensive and updated Security Incident Report.

III. Monthly attendances checking for external security and internal security guard.

**3.** **Administration**:
I. To perform administrative work of the department.

II. To manage filing system within the department.

III. To perform duties in accordance with the operating schedule issued and directed by the superior.

IV. To maintain and update register and inventory.

V. To assist & provide input on the preparation of the daily, weekly and monthly reports.

VI. To raise Purchase Requisition (PR) and to assist in the budget monitoring.

VII. To manage correspondence to any government department (DOE,JPS,DOSH & etc )

VIII. To manage department asset status and condition accordingly.

IX. To assist on financial documentation (Petty cash, advance cash, offset, invoices etc ).

X. Liaising with other department

XI. Liaising with contractor, consultant & auditor.

To perform duties in accordance with the operating schedule issued and directed by the superior.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
