Fluiconnecto Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks to employ suitably experienced and qualified Hydraulic Technician and Service Technicians with heavy industry knowledge and exposure.

**Scope**:Hydraulic and mechanical services

**Location**:This position will be based in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, with the opportunity to work onsite.

**Role**:Involved in assembling process of our hydraulic products using machineries.

**Production activities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Reports to Production Supervisor or the Branch Manager directly.
- Work based on daily Production job sheet and given stipulated time to complete the tasks.
- To operate machines according to internal procedures.
- To maintain the production process in order to ensure work continues in a safe and productive manner by following the production schedule and documentation.
- To report all activities & any abnormalities of each production batch to branch manager.
- To carry out housekeeping at the shopfloor daily to ensure safety standard is met.
- Perform various warehouse-based activities as and when required.
- Responsible for assembling and testing hydraulic hose assembling, involving measuring, cutting and crimping.

**Warehouse activities**

**Responsibilities**:

- handle warehouse activities, inventory on daily operation.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory.
- Conducts periodic or annual physical inventory count, compare result with computerized inventory, and reconciles if different.
- Ensure all stock is stored in or issue out from correct warehouse stock location.
- Perform inspection on inventory quality.
- Enforces operating instructions and safety policy on handling forklift or lifting equipment.
- Keep the warehouse area tidy and clean.

- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Organised and methodical approach to work
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, dynamic and a team player with initiative

**Person Required**:

- Ability to operate forklift is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
