**Qualification**
- Disciplined, positive attitude, initiative & must be hands on.
- Communicate well with superior and subordinates.
- Manage & supervise a group of Department Leaders / Assistants / Operators to achieve set objectives
- Able to furnish relevant reports on-time.
- Minimum 2-3 years in supervisory level, knowledge in gloves environment is added advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE
- To ensure the machines are well maintained.
- To ensure the production's yield is high and good grade quality.
- To be in charge of workers discipline and performance.
- To lead a team of Treatment Technician and General workers to achieve company objectives and their jobs.
- To have systematic and positive problem solving approach.
- To ensure that the machines run effectively with minimum breakdown and maintain it regularly.
- To ensure productivity is high and minimum wastage.
- To liaise closely with Quality Department on quality matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
