**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, and other relevant modules_
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as required, ensuring system stability and security_
- Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using SAP_
- Configure, customize and develop SAP solutions to address specific business needs_
- Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues_
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on SAP usage and best practices_
- Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data archiving activities within SAP_
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect SAP systems and data_
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX) related to SAP usage_
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular performance-tuning activities_
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and procedures_
- Generate and present reports on system performance, usage, and key performance indicators_

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or SAP certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an SAP Specialist or SAP Consultant with at least 5 years of experience (adjust based on your requirements)
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes
- Proficiency in SAP modules such as Finance, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, or others relevant to the organization
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in SAP security and compliance best practices
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Strong project management skills to lead SAP-related initiatives
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
