Point of contact for HR system supporting Asia regions in issues resolving and troubleshooting along with system function change request
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements were clearly understood, managed expectations, and maintained positive relationships
- Act as intermediary between stakeholders and vendor in executing business requirements and communicating system gaps between policy and system configuration
- Build software design documentation (SDD) by analyzing the problem statement and requirements from stakeholder
- Develop test scripts, test requirements, and test cases in accordance with client’s requirements
- Support business continuity by managing and resolving tickets related to system issues, analyzing the root cause and propose solutions to the developer using Jira
- Lead the biggest CU Upgrade (Cumulative Upgrade) for HR systems for login and benefits modules
- Train and guide approximately 20 employees on basic troubleshooting procedures, system configuration and workflow
- Conduct monthly root cause analysis to address any system gaps and loopholes to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders
- Organize bi-monthly workshops with the local country teams to identify opportunities for process simplification by establish standardized processes across the entire region

**Requirements**:

- Experience in SQL
- Exposure in C# or any other programming language will be added advantage
- Good English communication skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
