Administrative Specialist

Provide comprehensive administrative support to General Manager and board of directors, including managing daily tasks, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, meeting minutes, documenting meeting proceedings, and maintaining effective communication channels.
- Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long
- term planning to assist in accomplishment of company’s goals.
- Act as a liaison between management and internal teams as well as other relevant parties by conveying directives, instructions, tasks, and providing regular updates on task statuses.
- Evaluates and negotiates contracts for the purchase of services in coordination with company’s requirement.
- Assist the board in handling legal and financial documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and records concise, meticulous minutes of all board meetings.
- Plan and coordinate conference, meetings, events, VIP visits and etc.
- Report to the direct superior upon succession of any tasks accordingly
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- At least 2 years of relevant working experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Trustworthy, quick thinking, strong organization skills and an analytic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
