Assisstant Therapist

Assisting occupational therapists, psychologist, interventionist teacher or other healthcare professionals in providing therapeutic services to clients.
- Supporting therapists in conducting patient assessments, including gathering relevant information about clients' medical history, functional abilities, and goals.
- Participating in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans under the guidance and supervision of licensed therapists.
- Providing direct assistance to clients during therapy sessions, including facilitating exercises, activities, and interventions as directed by the therapist.
- Assisting with the setup and maintenance of therapy equipment and materials to ensure a safe and effective treatment environment of Early Intervention Program
- Observing and documenting client progress, behaviors, and responses to therapy interventions in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Communicating effectively with therapists, clients, and their families to convey treatment goals, strategies, and recommendations.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and billing procedures as needed.
- Adhering to professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and ethical guidelines in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in therapy techniques and practices.

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
