**Job Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional certification or training in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good in communication skills
- Able to follow instructions
- able to perform simple arithmetic
- Focus, high accuracy and consistency
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and terminology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory databases and systems.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Process orders and invoices.
- Perform data entry tasks to update records and transactions.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers.
- Assist in scheduling deliveries and pickups.
- Generate reports on inventory levels and transactions.
- Provide administrative support to warehouse team.
- Perform any tasks as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
