An leading Public Listed company is seeking an **experienced Agronomy Specialist **to join their team.
**Role**:
As an Agronomy Specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance on effective agronomic practices to enhance crop yield performance as well as to coordinate and plan fertilizer programs for oil palm and other crops, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare progress reports.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science.
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in oil palm agronomy, agricultural advisory services, soil and peat research, compost management, foliar sampling, and nursery management.
- Possess own transportation and willingness to travel.
- Demonstrated positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
