To assist the sales person to arrange, handle and coordinate sales activities.
- Deal with import and export sales
- Handle export custom declaration and related documentation.
- Sales order processing data entry and customers' delivery coordination.
- Follow up customers’ account receivable ayment.
- Follow up the payment reimbursement request for factory's outstanding monthly bills (e.g.: forwarders, insurance, etc.)
- Assist sales department in maintaining current customers and developing new customers
- Deal with import clearance process of raw materials, spare parts and equipment.
- Assist in preparing departmental report and record and filing.
- Assist to do and maintain the regular customer document
- Handle any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job Requirement**:

- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
