**Job Summary**:
Digital Content Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing the online presence and marketing efforts of our hotel. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital content strategy, ensuring that all online channels showcase the hotel's unique offerings and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, digital marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Develop and implement a digital content strategy that aligns with the hotel's brand identity and business objectives.
- Oversee the hotel's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Manage and organise content for the hotel's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, You Tube and others.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews on various digital platforms.
- Implement strategies to enhance positive reviews and address negative feedback effectively.
- Ensure visual content aligns with the hotel's branding and showcases its amenities, rooms, and unique features.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital promotions, packages, and campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize results.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital content management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest experience, and industry trends.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Malaysian citizenship or possession of a valid spouse visa.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
