Building Supervisor

Facilities Supervisor supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. Oversees staff that installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management. Check the premises regularly to ensure security Record and report emergencies Supervise the janitorial staff and other workers Hire contractors for equipment installation and repairs Evaluate existing systems Identify technical problems Monitor planned preventive maintenance Oversee waste management, garbage collection, product delivery and other operations Carry out inspections of the facility Perform administrative or custodial tasks as needed Document lost and found items Perform random checks Participate in emergency planning Manage a mix development (Residential and Commercial) Property in Seberang Perai, Pulau Pinang. Responsibilities: - Collect and track monthly maintenance and sinking fund fees from parcel owners - Conducted AGM/EGM - To handle high end residents - Monitor and administrate all payments related to JMB/MC's bank account (insurance, property taxes, 3rd party suppliers, administrative outgoings) - Maintain proper electronic and physical financial and administrative records - Liase with all 3rd party service providers for security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, IT equipment and software - Liase with local authorities for inspections and licensing (lifts, genset, firefighting system) - Conduct and coordinate physical maintenance of building structure and equipment (swimming pool, lifts, genset, plumbing and water supply, telecommunications equipment, CCTV, Astro, fittings and furniture) with visiting technicians and 3rd party suppliers - Attend to complaints and requests by tenants and parcel owners
