Clubhouse Executive

To work within a team environment, the objective of which is to minimize attrition rate of members, maintain operating and service standards. The role requires the individual to work independently and as part of the team.
- Responsible to create a genial atmosphere towards members/ guests and co-workers of the club.(Recommend and implement actions for the improvement of clubhouse management).
- Work hand-in-hand with the manager to ensure that the Service Consultant/Concierge team have the optimum number of consultants according to the quotas given at any point in time.
- Establish good relationship with residents and handle their complaints and requests.
- To provide support to the concierge team on tours and administrative work.
- Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma in Recreation/ Sports Management or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years’ working experience in managing clubhouse/ recreation facilities/ hotel service.
- Awesome in sales knowledge and diligent in operations.
- Proactive, creative and passionate in lifestyle programs/ events.
- Outgoing, service oriented and good communication skill.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekend and Public Holidays.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
