**Job description**:

- You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our B2B business.
- You will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring new corporate clients while nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- To understand the specific market that the company is currently focused on and identify new markets for growth.
- To develop business opportunities and relationships with customers.
- To monitor and analyse advertising and promotional programmes to assess its effectiveness.
- To maintain and grow business with existing clients.
- To assume responsibilities for the development and realisation of new product opportunities.
- To manage actively all existing strategic partnerships, and also build new ones.
- To co-ordinate with internal teams, on the implementation and execution of key deals.
- To motivate and supervise the sales team to work towards the target set.
- To manage the department’s budget and allocation of resources.
- To develop sales plans based on the assessment of customer bases and market sales opportunities.
- To establish sales targets and highlight any variances with actual sales figures.
- manage sales forecast and implement measures to achieve sales target.
- To meet key performance indicators established by the Company.
- To establish appropriate performance goals for sales personnel and monitor their progress against those goals.
- To utilise the performance management process to track and manage the sales team’s performance as it relates to the organisation’s key objectives, competencies and to effectively use the process to develop and coach team members.
- To implement and review the sales personnel’s performance as well as the company's performance in accordance with the KPI.
- To provide direction and to conduct regular coaching and counselling with sales personnel to motivate and enhance the skill sets of the sales team.
- To develop the sales team through ongoing training and support them with implementation of standardised sales/marketing process and customer / account management process.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
- To review launch programmes, marketing activities, budgets, and expenses and to make recommendations to Management for implementation.
- To recommend and seek Management approval on marketing collaterals for new and on-going products / projects such as print media (product brochures, press advertisement, invitation cards), outdoor advertising (banners, flyers, leaflets, buntings) and electronic media (project websites).
- To manage external agencies, consultants, suppliers, contractors etc. including the setting of marketing and design directions, and cost and risk management.
- To manage and ensure project launches and events at sales office/gallery/show homes, as well as local and international property exhibitions/displays are successfully carried out.
- To assist in the negotiations with panel of end-financiers to obtain end-financing for purchasers on competitive terms and conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales, preferably in medical-related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Possess own transport.
- Fluency in English is required, both speaking(verbal) and writing(written). The ability to converse in Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
