Provide comprehensive administrative support across all departments, demonstrating strong leadership qualities to ensure seamless company operations.
- Execute a range of general office and administrative tasks, including meticulous record-keeping of company assets and efficient management of schedules, arrangements, and maintenance.
- Oversee daily office administration operations, proactively addressing and resolving any administrative challenges that arise.
- Create a welcoming environment for visitors by offering guidance, addressing inquiries, managing phone calls, and leaving a positive and professional initial impression.
- Manage the despatch out and collect documents/ materials/ goods/ stuffs.
- Administrative work including but not limited to official letter writing, company documents keeping, necessary permits / insurance / agreement / utilities or renewal from relevant parties, etc
- Procure office equipment, supplies, snacks, and stationery to meet daily operational needs.
- Responsible for overall office environment (hygiene, building conditions, etc) to ensure the wellbeing of company/co-workers as well as compliance with company’s policies.
- Collaborate with vendors to maintain office conditions and coordinate necessary improvements. Purchase of office equipment, sundries, snacks and stationery required for daily use.
- Assist in organizing company activities, team-building events, and functions, including event management planning, venue setup, and food and refreshment arrangements.
- Covering duties of colleagues in the same departments when necessary.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in a similar job role.
- Good working knowledge and hands-on experience in social media mainly on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other online marketing platforms is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Possess valid driving license, able and willing to travel within **Penang Island** when necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak **Mandarin** and **English**.
- Applicants should be **Malaysian **citizens only.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Receptionost: 1 year (preferred)
- Admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin and English (preferred)
