HR Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Staffing**:

- Lead and coordinate the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective placements.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Manage employee relations and address any concerns or conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of open communication.
- **Performance Management**:

- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
- **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Work with department heads to ensure employee development aligns with organizational goals.
- **Compliance and Policies**:

- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and recommend updates to policies when necessary.
- **Heavy Industry Focus**:

- Bring in-depth knowledge of HR practices within heavy industries, with a specific emphasis on mechanical sectors.
- Understand the unique HR challenges and requirements associated with the heavy industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a significant portion in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in heavy industries, particularly in mechanical sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
