**E-Commerce Intern's Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the company's e-commerce platform(s), including product uploads, descriptions, and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions on the e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in customer service inquiries related to online orders and transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.

**Marketing Intern's Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as social media posts, blog articles, and promotional content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning.
- Help maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles with fresh content.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing.

**Multimedia Intern's Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and designs that align with the brand identity and objectives.
- Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media.
- Support the production of multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company's visual brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of visual assets.
- Provide creative input and feedback on design projects.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
