JOB SUMMARY:
**The Finance cum Purchasing Clerk is responsible for managing financial records and processing purchasing transactions. This role combines tasks from both finance and procurement departments, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills.**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Duties:
**Execute payment upon approval**Maintain transaction records and reports.**Monitor cash flow and petty cash.**Support the finance team.

Purchasing Duties:
**Process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.**Verify receipt of goods and services and resolve any discrepancies.**Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.**

Administrative Duties:
**Maintain organized and up-to-date files for both finance and purchasing departments.**Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.**Provide support to other departments for financial and purchasing queries.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 60 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
