Marcom Officer

Assist in planning, writing and managing monthly e-newsletter
- Assist with the design of flyers, graphics, e-vites and other marketing material for major events hosted by the company.
- Collaborate with staff on new ideas. Directions, and venues for marketing and communications
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Skills in creative content writing
- Monitor media coverage of the company and to benchmark the hotel’s brand positioning against other industry players
- To carry out any other duties assigned by the manager from time to time

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
