**Positions available**
- Residential Site Manager
- Head Group Leader

Key responsibilities of a **Site Manager**
- Oversee the overall running of camp including both activities & English lessons, ensuring that the team are motivated, supported and the camp is operating at the highest standard.
- Pastoral duties such as wake up calls & dorm supervision
- Facilitate & lead excursion days & offsite activities
- Conduct safety checks on equipment as required, completing necessary paperwork in alignment with company policies
- Co-ordinate arrival & departure days, ensuring smooth transitions between locations
- Adhere to and enforce company policies/procedures, ensuring these are met at all times and the team are enforcing these within their roles
- Maintain clear communication with the Operations team, Bookings & Customer Service team and Parents/Guardians
- Adapt to changing circumstances/challenging situations & make decisions that are appropriate for the situation
- Create staff rotas ensuring the company's ratios are met at all times
- Facilitate & support staff during transition periods between lessons, activities & meal/dorm times
- Completion of daily checklists, hours logs and any relevant paperwork
- Maintain a good relationship with the host school
- Carry out staff session observations, provide feedback and additional training/support where necessary
- Ensure the safety & wellbeing of all children and staff members is met
- Address disruptive behaviour in a professional manner & raise concerns to the operations team where necessary
- Adhere to the company's safeguarding policy

Key responsibilities of a **Head Group Leader**
- Support Site Managers in completing any administrative duties as required
- Maintain clear communication with the team, Site Managers, and customers
- Support staff in the set up/pack down of activities
- Support staff in the delivery of activities and provide cover where needed, ensuring delivery aligns within our safety standards

- Facilitate & support staff during transition periods between lessons, activities & meal/dorm times

- Adhere to the company's safeguarding policy
- Address disruptive behaviour in a professional manner & raise concerns to the operations team where necessary
- Report directly to the Site Manager on a frequent basis, communicate any concerns and assist with finding solutions

**Hours**

**Site Manager Role**: You will be contracted to work**_ Sunday - Sunday with 2x days off per week_**, for the duration of camp. **Accommodation & food is provided by Camp Beaumont.**

**Head Group Leader Role**: You will be contracted to work **_Sunday - Sunday with 3x days off per week, _**for the duration of camp. **Accommodation & food is provided by Camp Beaumont.**

**_ Shift patterns fall between the hours of are from 07.00am - 22:00pm_**.**_ You will be allocated early, mid & late shifts on a rotational basis. _**There may be times where you are required to work additional hours to facilitate the needs of the camp - this could be during evenings.

**Training**
- You will attend a three-day (3) mandatory training course whilst getting paid to attend
- We ask that you bring bundles of energy and passion and we will teach you the rest

**About you**:

- Over 18 years old
- Fluent English - spoken, written & reading
- Previous leadership/Management experience preferable
- Additional Language skills such as Mandarin, Cantonese etc are preferable
- Available to work during the School Holidays
- Possess lots of energy and enthusiasm
- Can demonstrate a passion for working with children
- Experience working in a residential setting preferable
- Have initiative and ability to work independently and in a team
