Site Supervisor

**Job Title: Site Supervisor (Northen/Central/Southern/East Cost)**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects at our Client sites. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards, adhering to safety guidelines, and meeting project deadlines. Project Site Supervisor must have a minimum of **three (3) years of experience in supervising construction sites, especially construction sites for electrical substations, underground cables, or transmission lines, or equivalent work**. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/C&S or a related field is a mandatory requirement. Bachelor's degree is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring they are executed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety among team members, and conducting regular safety inspections.
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to meet established deadlines and quality standards.
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and other workers on site, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback as needed.
- Procure and manage construction materials, tools, and equipment, maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system.
- Resolve any on-site issues and conflicts that may arise during the construction process, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction activities, including daily reports, site progress, and any changes to plans or specifications.
- Conduct regular meetings with the project team to communicate project updates, goals, and expectations.
- Ensure that all construction work is completed with the highest level of quality and meets industry standards.
- Collaborate with the project management team to review project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in supervising construction sites, especially construction sites for electrical substations, underground cables, or transmission lines, or equivalent work.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and the ability to promote a safe work environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a must and English is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/C&S** or a related field is a mandatory requirement. Bachelor's degree is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
