Escape Waterplay Supervisor

**Waterplay Supervisor in ESCAPE Penang**

**Job Scope**:

- Supervise the attractions in Waterplay - up to 30 staff
- Conduct lifeguard training and update and maintain the personal training files of each staff
- Plan and prepare the roster for Waterplay accordingly to ensure that sufficient manpower to run the park
- Ensure that SOP and other safety guidelines are adhered to
- Constant monitoring of staff to ensure absolute safety of customers and staffs
- Ensure that each ride attendant and lifeguards undergoes SOP and safety trainings for each attractions in Waterplay
- Ensure that hygiene and grooming standards are maintained at a level
- Liaise and work closely with other attractions supervisor and other department regarding status of rides, maintenance requirements and safety measures and plan and execute the park's opening and closing
- Properly maintain and create records and documentations for Waterplay department which includes personal training files
- Constantly look for ways to improve effectively and efficiency of department by suggesting improvements wherever needed
- Carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensure that the park service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of proven supervision experience
- Training and lifeguarding experience
- Experienced in leisure / travel / hotel / tourism / customer service industry
- Communication skills
- Strong cultural awareness & reporting skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service skill

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
