Maintanance Specialist

STINIS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a MAINTANANCE SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development. - Performs regular maintenance in compliance with safety standards and completes basic repair tasks. - Involve using various hand tools, electronic tools, and measuring devices. - Reassemble machinery in new location and troubleshoot to bring up to standards. - Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines. - Adjusting mechanical parts using hand and machine tools. - Use of equipment blueprints to diagnose manufacturing equipment problems and taking necessary actions to rectify them. - Ensure that the machines for production are in good condition. - Carrying out general maintenance on machines, including cleaning, greasing, and servicing of the manufacturing equipment. - Carry out regular inspection on equipment to determine their level of productivity, and when worn-out equipment, which slow down production, are detected, initiate a replacement, taking away bad parts and replacing them with new and strong ones. - Implement installations with the best parts obtainable, paying attention to size and fitting to make equipment function better.
