Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage to create compelling and visually appealing videos.
- Ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, and seamless integration of audio and visual elements.
- Implement graphics, effects, and other enhancements to elevate video quality.

**Storytelling**:

- Collaborate with the content creation team to understand the project goals and desired narrative.
- Craft engaging stories through effective sequencing and arrangement of video clips.
- Technical Proficiency:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software and techniques.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing software and hardware.

**Communication**:

- Work closely with the content creation team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Receive and incorporate feedback to refine video projects.

**Organisation and Time Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with videographers, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and polished final product.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, but preferably Canva.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and video composition.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
