- Ensure food consistency is well maintained at all times, conduct checks for quality and presentation of food.
- Assist in monitoring stock movement and balance to maintain adequacy supplies for daily production.
- Ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
- Ensure the kitchen is in line with the food hygiene and safety practice.
- Ensure misen place and ingredient is well prepared at all time.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Sous Chef / Head Chef.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
