Job Responsibilities: - Coordinate and carry out daily installation, maintenance and repair works as per checklist and schedule. - Maintain filter and strainer for AHU, FCU, Pump, Water Feature, all M&E equipment etc. - Assist in inspection, testing and service of all fire protection system. - Attend to minor mechanical and electrical defects reported by tenants. - Coordinate with contractor in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building system. - Carry out any necessary building related work such as masonry, painting, carpentry, drainage, electrical piping plumbing and etc. - Attend to and resolve tenants’ complaints pertaining to facilities issues with tact and promptness. Requirements: - Possess SPMV or MLVK or any technical related certificate. - At least 3 years working experience in building maintenance or construction. - Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays. - Computer literate is an added advantage.
