Sprayer (Powder Coating/ Wet Painting)

1. Responsible in parts or products preparations before powder coating and painting.

2. Expect to support do filling (putty), sanding, and smoothing surfaces that need to be sprayed.

3. Counter check areas require free of paint or powder are properly masked (covered) by the masking team before spray.

4. Selecting and mixing the required coating liquids as per required ratio.

5. Selecting and attaching the correct spray nozzle to create the desired spray pattern.

6. Spraying machines, products and other components using industry techniques and equipment.

7. Responsible in cleaning the spray cans, nozzles, and other spraying equipment after each spray job.

8. Inspecting and assessing spray coatings after paint has dried to ensure quality are met.

9. Conduct booth and oven cleaning and maintenance as well as 5S of the working areas.

10. Conduct filter change of the powder booth according to schedule or when necessary.

11. To complete ad-hoc tasks and other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
1. High School/ SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome, on job training will be provided.

3. 1 to 2 years’ experience or more of spraying are added advantage.

4. Knowledge of paint mixing and spraying techniques.

5. Able to work with harsh chemicals with protective equipment.

6. Willing to work overtime if necessary (weekdays and weekends).

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
