**_Account Assistant _**
**_1- Issue invoice, proforma invoice, official receipt, credit note_**
- Prepare monthly invoice for all the stall, vendor machine, office rental, parking rental
- Prepare proforma invoice & invoice for space rental once received event quotation Eg: Ballroom, M Theater, the Habitat, etc
- Prepare official receipt for conference/training using sage system
- Responsible to do billing, CN & Rebate (if required)
**_2- Collection _**
- Responsible to received money collection from the gym,dental clinic & library and
- Responsible for bank-in cash in ATM at the end of the day
- Responsible to issue permanent receipt using MTR receipt book
- Verify payment collection received from Affin bank
- Ensure the amount for money collection tally with the updates collection from the system
**_3- Filling_**
- Responsible for filling the report collection from gym,dental clinic & library in sequence by
- Responsible for filling the invoice, pro invoice, credit note & receipt by number
**_4- Report/Listing _**
- _Update weekly and monthly for DRC & collection report_
- _Update weekly report for _gym,dental clinic & library collection
- Update invoice & receipt listing for auxiliary income Eg: stall, vending machine, training
- Update statement once there's a new collection payment
- checking the monthly report send from gym,dental clinic & library pic to ensure tally
**_5- Others_**
- Know how to do payment using terminal (like Affin bank/Maybank)
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
