**About the job**:

- Interview people at businesses, either in person or by telephone
- Follow set questions in a survey questionnaire
- Record the answers on a survey form or computer
- Keep a record of the interview for review by survey supervisor

**Skills and knowledge requirement**:

- Knowledge of their interview topic and different interview methods
- Good keyboarding and computer skills

**Other requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma and above or with survey experience
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Malaysian citizens
- Good at listening and talking to people from a range of backgrounds
- Tactful, patient, polite and friendly
- Able to follow instructions
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Accurate and honest when recording information
- Able to keep information private
- Good at planning and organizing

**Additional information**:

- Survey support services need to be provided at a specific period of time which is from **8.30 am - 5.30 pm** (Monday - Friday)
- Training, work space and equipment (computer and telephone) will be provided
- **Job type**: short term / temporary support for specific survey work
- **Commencement date**: As soon as possible prior to successful during interview session
- **Office location** is nearby Lembah Subang LRT Station (within 10 minutes walking distance)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM80.00 per day

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
