IT Assistant

**Job Title: IT Assistant**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive support for software, hardware, and network systems within the organization. Your responsibilities will include addressing end-user concerns, optimizing software and hardware performance, and actively participating in the configuration and maintenance of network equipment and virtual machines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide effective support to end users, addressing their IT-related concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize both software and hardware systems for enhanced performance.
- Offer technical support for PC setup and deployment, network printer setup, server maintenance, and other IT-related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of software development principles and familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or C#, knowledge of PHP and MVC Framework will be considered an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of configuring and managing network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) and virtual machines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in SQL queries for MySQL databases.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
