Skop Tugas:

- Menyemak dan merekod perbelanjaan tunai runcit bagi setiap cawangan dan ibu pejabat dalam perisian perakaunan.
- Mengeluarkan Pesanan Belian dan Pesanan Penghantaran.
- Menjalankan tugas asas pejabat, seperti memfailkan, memasukkan data, menjawab telefon, menyediakan surat, memproses E-mel, dsb.
- Membantu menyediakan laporan kewangan.
- Membantu memantau belanjawan pusat kos & cawangan
- Membantu dan menyediakan dokumen untuk permohonan luar seperti geran, pinjaman, dll.
- Membantu memproses pembayaran melalui Maybank2e apabila diperlukan sahaja.
- Berhubung dengan bank, pihak dalaman & luaran apabila diperlukan.
- Laksanakan apa-apa tugas tambah hoc lain yang diberikan oleh Superior / Pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.

Kemahiran yang diperlukan:
1. Pengetahuan yang baik tentang MS Office dalam Excel dan Word.
2. Inisiatif yang baik dan pemikiran yang positif.
3. Mampu mengendalikan multi-tasking
4. Tersedia segera adalah sangat diutamakan.
5. Sijil/ diploma dalam perakaunan/kewangan atau setaraf.

Job description
- Checking and records the petty cash expenses for every branches and HQ in accounting software.
- Issue Purchase Order and Delivery Order.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, preparing letter, processing the mail, etc.
- Assisting in preparing financial reports.
- Assisting on monitoring cost center & branches budgets
- Assisting in processing payments through Maybank2e when needed only.
- Liaise with the banks, internal & external parties when needed.
- Perform any other add hoc tasks assigned by Superior / Management from time to time.

Requirements:
1. Good knowledge of MS Office in Excel and Word.
2. Good initiative and positive mindset.
3. Able to handle multi-tasking
4. Immediate available is highly preferred.
5. SPM or diploma in accounting or finance or equivalent.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
