**职责:**
- 协调和支持总监的日常行政职能(业务和个人)
- 陪同主任进行日常活动
- 管理总监的家庭设施 - 与外部供应商就维护、家庭员工培训等事宜进行联络
- 支持家庭活动 - 活动的规划和协调,提前预订场地。为客人安排招待(住宿、交通等)
- 费用和记录管理 - 准备费用报告、正确归档文件
- 旅行计划——签证申请、董事/家人的旅行和住宿安排
- 与总监一起出差,监督协调和活动的各个方面以及所有家庭事务
- 每天与保姆/司机/厨师沟通
**资格:**
- 至少 5 年酒店行业经验
- **有五星级酒店工作经验者优先**:
- 能够同时处理多项任务、独立工作并谨慎处理机密事务
- 强大的分析解决问题的能力
- 工作时间主要根据总监的日常生活而定
- 普通话和英语双语,书面和口语都是必要的(与会说中文的同事联络)

**Working Location: PHILIPPINES**
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and support Director in daily administrative function (business and personal)
- Accompanying the Director in day-to-day activities
- Manage Director’s home facilities - liaising with external vendor on maintenance, training of household staffs, etc
- Support home events & activities - planning & coordinating of events, booking of venue in advance. Hospitality arrangements (accommodation, transportation, etc) for guests
- Expenses and records management - preparing expense reports, proper filing of documentations
- Travel with Director on overseas trips to oversee all aspects of coordination and activities and all family matters
- Communicate with nanny/driver/chef on a daily basis
- Perform Ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Hotel Industry
- Able to multitask, work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Working hours are mainly based on the Director's daily life
- **Bilingual in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken is essential (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)**
