**Responsibilities**:

- Plan for risk management related work in relation to the recovery planning (RP) process and solicit relevant data as required under the regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate with all stakeholders of respective areas to prepare the recovery plan, including detailed analytics, scenario setting, stress testing, viability assessment etc.
- Communicate with relevant HO unit on all work related to RP documentation ensure alignment with MUFG Group's policy, where applicable.
- Assist in the preparation of Stress testing / Reverse stress testing, including scenario formulation, financial modeling/forecasting, model development/maintenance, cause-effect analysis, impact assessment etc., which shall complement the recovery planning process.
- Review and update the Corporate / Enterprise risk related frameworks, policies and procedures.
- Exposures to Corporate / Enterprise risk work such as ICAAP, stress testing, financial modeling, model development / validation would be an advantage.
- Assist in the implementation of various initiative / ad-hoc project to meet internal/regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Possess good working aptitude and strong interest in Risk Management.
- Excellent analytical skill, critical thinking and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- A team player with good learning attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Holder of risk management qualifications such as Bank Risk Management (BRM) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) is preferred or professional accountancy qualification.
- Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in MS Access would be an added advantage.
