Admin & Finance Executive

Responsibilities:
3. Maintain client records - filing systems and updated client records.
4. Preparation of monthly sales invoices and follow up with collection.
5. Assist in the process of tender, quotation and agreement.
6. Any other tasks that being assigned by superior or Management from time to time
Qualifications:
- Experience working with security company is an advantage.
- Female only (Preferred 28 years old and above)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Multi task, excellent organizational/ time management skills
- Positive attitude, adaptability, creativity & commercial awareness
- Good teamwork & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and act with initiative
- Must possess own vehicle
Immediate starter with short notice is desirable.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
