Ø **Job description**

**MALE ONLY**
- Make Outbound Calls to remind delinquent accounts about their overdue payments.
- To achieve individual and group targets in order to be entitled for commission Scheme.
- To monitor payment by debtors and to conduct follow-up calls to remind debtors on payment amount & payment date.
- Call customer to remind on payments for past due accounts.
- Understand and assess the financial situation of customer in order to maximize recovery of debts.
- Explain and clarify with customer on non-payment and/or other service / product issues.
- Work with customers to solve payment problem and make workable repayment arrangements.

Ø **Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as debt collector
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Apt in Negotiating and persuading (Experience in successful negotiations you have conducted in the past are most welcome)
- Ability to stay focused and determined, even in the face of challenges ( Don't Give Up Mentality)
- Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
- SPM minimum 3 credit or equivalent
- License B2 & D
- Able to do Field Visit
- Male Only.
- Required languages Bahasa Malaysia and English

Ø ***
- Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Saturday - 9.00am to 1.00pm
- Sunday and public holiday - Off day

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
