**Responsibilities**:

- Organise, develop, and deliver a varied range of sporting activities/programmes to increase student and staff participation in sports.
- Produce promotional materials and displays to enhance visibility and engagement in sports events.
- Maintain statistical and financial records to ensure accurate tracking of sports complex activities and budget.
- Plan and conduct audits of sports facility, equipment, and services on a monthly and yearly basis to ensure optimal condition and availability of sports resources.
- Perform analysis of sports development data monthly, weekly, and for events to inform decision-making and strategy for sports development.
- Liaise and work with youth services, schools, clubs, sports coaches, and sports councils to strengthen community ties and broaden sports outreach.
- Organise and assist sports clubs to foster a supportive environment for sports club activities.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of sports programs to track and improve their impact.
- Maintain knowledge of sports facilities maintenance and safety to ensure a safe and well-maintained sports environment.
- Manage daily operations of the Sports Complex, including court and facilities bookings, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of sports facilities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess Bachelor Degree related with Sports Science/development/ management or professional certificate
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent level of physical fitness, and interest in sports
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Confidence and ability to engage with and encourage young people to fulfill their potential
- Experience in engaging with student clubs activities and event, CSR programs, hosting minor & major sporting events
- Experience in collaborating with Ministry of Sports, Ministry of Education, NGO’s
- Passionate in sports, team player, problem solver, positive attitude and great work ethics

**Desirable Requirements**:

- This position is open to all graduates with qualifications/professional certificates and related work experience, but the following fields may increase your chances: health and exercise sciences; physical education; recreation or leisure management; sport development or management; sport in the community; sports science or sports studies; professional certificates; sports facility operations and maintenance.
- First Aid and AED certified
- Excellent knowledge in Sports development data analysis and system
- Knowledge in Malaysia & International Sports Developments Acts
- A keen interest in sport and strong leadership and organizational skills are essential
- Adaptability with changes
- Experience in engaging with experience high performance athletes
- Experience in coaching individual and teams
- In-depth knowledge in sports facilities maintenance and safety
