Kelayakan - Boleh membaca, menulis dan bertutur dalam Bahasa Malaysia - Memiliki Lesen E penuh & GDL - Latihan akan diberi kepada kontraktor yang tiada pengalaman - Mesti mematuhi terma-terma dan syarat-syarat yang tertakluk dalam kontrak Faedah - Budaya kerja yang selamat - Kadar RM 5.5/mᶟ untuk lori 12 tayar dan RM 6.00/Mᶟ untuk lori 10 tayar - Caruman KWSP i-Sinar dan PERKESO SKSPS** - Insentif kedatangan RM 300** - Syarat kontrak selama 1 tahun tertakluk kepada pembaharuan dengan insentif sebanyak RM 300 setiap tahun - Kontraktor yang datang sendiri akan mendapat insentif RM 1000 selepas genap 6 bulan berkhidmat**, atau - Bayaran insentif sebanyak RM 500 kepada kontraktor baru dan RM 500 kepada pihak yang memperkenaikan kontraktor berkenaan selepas genap 6 bulan berkhidmat** - Latihan/ Kursus keselamatan dan pemanduan disediakan - Lori berhawa dingin yang diselenggara dengan baik **tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat tertentu
